RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated August 9, 2010, for a REAP grant in
the amount of $171,902.00, with a $20,000.00 local cash match, to
be used for the Riverview Recreation Area Improvements, by and
between the Iowa Department of Natural Resources and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
