RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated August 9, 2010, to
prepare a REAP grant application for the Riverview Recreation
Area Improvements, in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00, by and
between the Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
