RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST OF AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. TO MODIFY SCOPE OF
SERVICES, TRANSFER COSTS FROM UNUSED
CONTINGENCIES OF SUB -CONSULTANTS TO AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. AUTHORIZED COSTS,
RELEASE OF CONTINGENCY AND EXTEND COMPLETION
DATE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE U.S. HIGHWAY 63
IMPROVEMENTS, U.S. 218 TO DONALD STREET,
NHSX-63-6(69)-3H-07 AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID REQUEST BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the request of AECOM Technical Services, Inc. to modify
scope of services, transfer costs of $3,900.00 from unused
contingencies of sub -consultants to AECOM Technical Services,
Inc. authorized costs, release of contingency in the amount of
$3,900.00 and extend completion date to October 31, 2010 in
conjunction with U.S. Highway 63 Improvements, U.S. 218 to Donald
Street, NHSX-63-6(69)-3H-07, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
