Department Bid Recommendation on Lab Equipment and Installation.

1 . Authorization to Seek Bids on Blue Print Machine for Engineering
Department.
2. Authorization to Seek Bids on Overhead Door Replacement for the
Street Department Building, together with a Report from the Building
& Grounds Committee.
3. Request from the Fire Chief to Purchase IBM PC-AT Computer and
Hazardous Materials Software, together with a Report from the Public
Safety Committee.
4. Authorization of Water Pollution Control to Purchase Two (2) Used
Trucks from Crossroads Ford at $2,000.00 each.
5. Authorization of Water Pollution Control to Assume Final Payment of
$429.50 of Photocopier Formerly Located in Engineering Department,
and to Enter into Annual Maintenance Agreement.
6. Request of Clerk/Auditor to set Minimum Income Requirement for
Garbage Exemptions for calendar year 1987.
