at 209 N. Hackett Road--City Engineer.
3. Authorization to seek bids on building improvements to
resume suspended chemical testing--Police Department.

Garbage refunds for:
--215 Franklin Street in the mount of $53.94.
--407 Reed Street in the amount of $52.20.
--421 Almond Street in the amount of $70.47.
