Members present: Budak, Angel , Miller, Seeber, Lichty, Wright and
Mayor McKinley. Members absent: Dowie.
The Agenda, as proposed, was approved.
The only item of discussion was the City of Waterloo Audit for Fiscal
Year 1985. Larry P. Burger, Clerk/Auditor, outlined the audit
exceptions as defined by the financial statement prepared by Carney,
Alexander, Marold & Company. (These exceptions are fully described
in pages 92-99 of said audit). He outlined each exception as well as
the recommendation of the Auditor to the City's response.
No comments were made by the Council on any of the exceptions.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
