RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID TO CEDAR
RAPIDS TRUCK CITY, OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2011 AUTOMATED SIDE -
LOADING GARBAGE TRUCK, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$209,552.71.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Cedar Rapids Truck City, of Cedar Rapids,
Iowa, for purchase of One (1) 2011 Automated Side -Loading Garbage
Truck, in the amount of $209,552.71, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase in Resolution No. 2010-670, after public hearing on
August 2, 2010 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of August, 2010.
