Mayor's Conference Room
Members present: Dowie, Klinger, and Getty.
The request of Water Pollution Control Plant Superintendent to enter
a six month lease purchase agreement with Herman M. Brown Company for
an Altas Copco XAS 60 diesel powered air compressor in the amount of
$10,700 was reviewed. Previous authorization was given February 27,
1984. Prior to approval of the lease agreement, it will be reviewed
by the Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission, the City
Attorney and the Clerk/Auditor. It was moved by Getty, seconded by
Klinger to approve the request. Motion carried.
It was moved by Dowie, seconded by Klinger to approve the following
requisitions:
WPCP 13436 Waterloo Metal & Mfg. Co. $650.00
13426 Automatic Systems Co. $775.00
13440 Herman M. Brawn $10,700.00
Motion carried.
The oral request of the Water Pollution Control Plant Superintendent
to authorize the taking of bids for two (2) pickups, one each for the
Sewer DeparL,nent and Water Pollution Control Plant was heard. Money
is available within the operating budget. It was moved by Getty,
seconded by Klinger to approve said request. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
