Members present: Dowie, Klinger, Getty
Dowie in chair.
Action was delayed for one (1) week pertaining to a cost
justification for a pavement breaker for the Street Department.
The request of the Fire Department to offer for sale a 1968 tanker
truck was reviewed. Estimated value of the truck is $20,000.00 -
$22,000.00. It was moved by Getty, seconded by Klinger that said
truck be advertised and sold. Motion carried.
It was noted that the travel request of Willie Mae Wright to
Washington, D. C. exceeded the authorized amount by $41.30. All
expenses were substantiated and payment approved to Councilperson
Wright.
With no further business before the committee, the meeting
adjourned.
