Chairman Dowie presiding. Also present: Roehr and Wilharm.
The request of Ross Bachtell for a garbage refund in the amount
of $136.00 for four (4) vacant apartment units at 711 West Fifth
was reviewed. It was moved by Wilharm, seconded by Roehr that
this request be approved. Motion carried.
It was moved by Roehr, seconded by Wilharm to approve the following
requisitions:
Print Shop 9692 Advanced Systems, Inc. $310.45
Police 10692 Daniels Home Improvement $12,085.00
Motion carried.
Bruce Bottorff, Superintendent of the Water Pollution Control Plant,
reported the need to raise a manhole on U.S. Highway 63 at an
approximate cost of $1,750.00. It was moved by Roehr, seconded
by Wilharm to authorize this expenditure with repair to be made
by Ernster & Company, Inc. Motion carried.
With no further business before the Committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
