Also present: Bowers, Dowie, Roehr, Wilharm.
The request of the Electrical Department to purchase an engine for a
cement saw was discussed. It was moved by Wilharm, seconded by Roehr
to authorize this request in the amount of $893.10. Motion carried.
It was moved by Roehr, seconded by Wilharm, to authorize the taking
of bids for a jack for the Central Garage. Motion carried.
Clerk/Auditor, Larry P. Burger, further detailed his reasons for
accepting the bid of Carney, Alexander and Marold for conducting the
F.Y. 1983 City of Waterloo Audit. It was moved by Wilharm, seconded
by Bowers to accept the recommendation of Larry P. Burger to approve
said bid in the amount of $57,500. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, the meeting was
adjourned.
