PERMANENT STORM SEWER EASEMENT
The undersigned does hereby convey unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, an easement over, under, upon, and across
the following described property, as shown on the attached Exhibit A, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County,
State of Iowa:
That part of Lot W-59, Cedarloo Park, City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of Lot W-59, Cedarloo Park; thence South 25 feet along the east line
of lot W-59 to the point of beginning; thence continuing South 15 feet along said east line; thence West
10 feet perpendicular to said east line; thence North 15 feet parallel with the said east line; thence East 10
feet perpendicular to said east line and to the point of beginning containing 150 square feet.
for the purpose of installing, maintaining, and repairing of storm sewer. The City of Waterloo shall not be
responsible for replacing, in kind, any surface improvements removed during the exercise of the rights contained
herein. Together with the right of ingress and egress thereon.
