RESOLUTION NO. 2022-085
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH GRAY
TRANSPORTATION, INC., FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
9,265 SQUARE FOOT TRUCK MAINTENANCE FACILITY
WITH A MINIMUM VALUE OF $400,000.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated February 7, 2022,
between Gray Transportation, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the construction of a
9,265 square foot truck maintenance facility with a minimum value of$400,000.00, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7`h day of February 2022.
