RESOLUTION NO. 2022-328
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT, WITH BIG HAND PEPPER, LLC, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $1.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THIRTY-TWO (32) SINGLE FAMILY
HOMES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Development Agreement dated June 6, 2022, between Big Hand Pepper, LLC
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the development of thirty-two (32) single family homes, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June 2022.
