BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated June 20, 2022, between Superior Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the sale and conveyance of city owned right-of-way, located east of 3165 West Airline Highway, in the amount of$560,000.00, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
