RESOLUTION NO. 2022-378
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND
MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH SUPERIOR
PROPERTIES, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $560,000.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated June 20, 2022,
between Superior Properties, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the sale
and conveyance of city owned right-of-way, located east of 3165 West Airline Highway, in the
amount of$560,000.00, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20`h day of June 2022.
