RESOLUTION NO. 2022-259
RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT,
WITH 3 STOOGES, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $250,000.00,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF A 6,000
SQUARE FOOT BUILDING, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMEN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated May 2, 2022, with 3 Stooges, LLC, in the amount of
$250,000.00, in conjunction with the development of a 6,000 square foot building, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May 2022.
