RESOLUTION NO. 2022-380 RESOLUTION APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT AND MINIMUM ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH AIRLINE STORAGE, LLC, IN THE AMOUNT OF $710,000.00 FOR PHASE I, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated June 20, 2022, between Airline Storage, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the sale and conveyance of city owned property, located west of 3180 West Airline Highway, in the amount of $1.00, for the construction of four(4), 8,000 square foot storage buildings, with rebates of five (5) years at 50 percent for Phase II, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June 2022.
