The first item of business was discussion on the payment of Attorney
Fees associated with Police Promotional Exams sustained by Police
Officers Larry Hahn , Robert Anton , Kenneth Burrington , and Junior
Grimm in the amount of $1 , 950. 22 , 1 , 999. 28 , $3 ,454. 58 and 876 . 58,
respectively .
City Attorney , John Holmes reiterated his previous stand on payment
of the bills (see minutes of September 13 , 1982) .
Councilman Roehr moved to approve payment of bills , as stated above.
However, it was determined that a quorem was not present . Chairman
Dowie adjourned the meeting at 6 : 40 p .m.
