The Finance Committee of the City of Waterloo, Iowa met in the
Mayor's Conference Room in City Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Monday,
August 16, 1982.
Present: Wilharm, Roehr, Bowers, and Dowie.
Eric Thorson, Assistant City Engineer reported on the bids received
for FY 1983 Street Pavement Mudjacking. They were as follows:

Ernster & Co. , Inc. $91.50/hr
Mr. Thorson recommended that this bid be approved.
It was moved by Roehr, seconded by Wilharm to approve this _
recommendation.
Motion carried.
The request of the City Engineer to purchase the IBM terminal
currently in use by his department and several others was reviewed.
Since the lease plan exceeds the purchase price, he recommended that
it be purchased.
It was moved by Wilharm, seconded by Roehr to approve purchase at a
cost of $1,107.00.
Motion carried.
It was moved by Roehr, seconded by Wilharm to approve payment of the
following bills:
HEALTH/SANITATION 10480 Devick Enterprises $1,031.40
SEWER 9792 Tom Dolan Cement $ 720.00
SIGN & TRAFFIC 10498 Prismo Universal Corp $ 978.25
STREET 9791 Tom Dolan Cement $26,377.80
10442 Chesley Company $ 3,993.64
WPCP 10499 Robbins & Meyers $ 2,972.34
