RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, AND
ESTIMATED COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
F.Y. 2011 SIDEWALK REPAIR BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
- ZONE 10, CONTRACT NO. 780.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 10, Contract
No. 780, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said preliminary
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., for the
F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant Program - Zone 10, Contract
No. 780, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No.
2010-660 on July 26, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
August 16, 2010, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., for the F.Y. 2011 Sidewalk Repair Block Grant
Program - Zone 10, Contract No. 780, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
