RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
PARKING CASHIER SERVICES FOR THE W. 5TH
STREET/CONVENTION CENTER RAMP.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-727, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., for the Parking Cashier
Services for the W. 5th Street/Convention Center Ramp, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this
Council after the public hearing on August 16, 2010 as prescribed
by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
authorization to proceed in conjunction with the above services
be approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
