RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED WITH THE
SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE E. 5TH STREET RAMP,
E. PARK AVENUE RAMP, WEST SIDE PARKING RAMP,
AND 4TH STREET BRIDGE WALKWAY.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2010-729, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., for the Security Services for
the E. 5th Street Ramp, E. Park Avenue Ramp, West Side Parking
Ramp, and 4th Street Bridge Walkway, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the
public hearing on August 16, 2010 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
authorization to proceed in conjunction with the above services
be approved.
