RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC., FOR THE
WINDOW REPLACEMENT AT FIRE STATIONS 1, 3, 4 &
6.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc., for the
Window Replacement at Fire Stations 1, 3, 4 & 6, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc., for the Window Replacement at Fire
Stations 1, 3, 4 & 6, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2010-610 on July 12, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
August 16, 2010, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc., for the Window Replacement at
Fire Stations 1, 3, 4 & 6, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and
the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
