AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDI-
NANCE NO, 5079, AS AMENDED, CITY
OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP REFERRED TO IN SECTION
10-4-4, APPROVING A SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT TO THE "M-2,P" PLAN-
NED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT, TO AL-
LOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
PARKING LOT CANOPIES LOCATED
AT 2790 LIVINGSTON LANE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by the City of
Waterloo, for a Site Plan Amendment to
the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District to
allow for the construction of parking lot
canopies, located at 2790 Livingston
Lane, and legally described as follows:
THAT PART OF SECTION 4 AND
SECTION 5 IN 789N, R13W, IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, DESCRI-
BED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT
THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTER-
LINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE AS
PLATTED AND THE CENTERLINE OF
LIVINGSTON LANE AS PRESENTLY
ESTABLISHED; THENCE NORTHWEST-
ERLY, SOUTHWESTERLY. AND
SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG THE CEN-
TERLINE OF LIVINGSTON LANE TO ITS
INTERSECTION WITH THE CENTER-
LINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE; THENCE
NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE CEN-
TERLINE OF BETSWORTH DRIVE TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING, CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
shall be and is hereby approved.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and attar its
passage and publication as provided by
law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of
August 2022.
