B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
Sidewalk work covered under this change order includes trail repairs for the Shaulis Road Trail.
The City is electing to have the trail repairs made by the City's Sidewalk repair contractor and
paid under a new division (Division 7) through a separate funding source.
