Sullivan Brothers Memorial Content Development • Additional research related to the Sullivan brothers' and family's story • Discussions with Sullivan family representatives • Compilation of photos and images for use on exhibits • Confirmation of major storylines with the PMT • Development of content sub -themes and storylines • Text and graphic content development in preparation for incorporation into graphic and interpretive (or quotation) panels • Deliverable: Sullivan Brothers Memorial interpretive report 2. Concept and Schematic Sullivan Brothers Memorial Site/Exhibit Design • Development of Sullivan Brothers Memorial concept (for site and exhibits) based on interpretive content • Coordination with the Waterloo Convention Center Plaza design • Development of Schematic Site Plan including ground plane configuration, panel locations and configuration, and site features • Schematic design of large graphic panels and support structures (defining the form and character of the structure and panels) • Schematic design of interpretive (or quotation) panels (defining the form and character of the panels) * Deliverables: Concept sketches and description, schematic site plan, site section, elevations of features, schematic details, preliminary materials selections 3.
