RESOLUTION MAKING AWARD OF BID, BONDS, AND
CONTRACT TO GROUND SUPPORT SPECIALIST, LLC,
OF HORN LAKE, MISSISSIPPI, FOR THE PURCHASE
OF AIRCRAFT DEICING VEHICLE FOR THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$159,900.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Ground Support Specialist, LLC, of Horn
Lake, Mississippi, in the amount of $159,900.00, for the purchase
of Aircraft Deicing Vehicle for Waterloo Regional Airport,
described in the specifications heretofore adopted by this
Council for said purchase in Resolution No. 2010-556, after
public hearing on June 28, 2010 on published notice required by
law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the only bid
received for said purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
