RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY OF
WATERLOO FOR THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK 3RD ADDITION, A RE -
PLAT OF TRACT B OF WATERLOO AIR AND RAIL PARK
1ST ADDITION, IN THE "M-2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL
DISTRICT LOCATED NORTH AND EAST OF 2510
LEVERSEE ROAD.
WHEREAS, on this 9th day of September 2022, at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the preliminary plat of the Waterloo Air and Rail Park 3rd
Addition, a re -plat of Tract B of Waterloo Air and Rail Park 1st Addition, in the "M-2,P"
Planned Industrial District located north and east of 2510 Leversee Road, was presented for
approval by the City of Waterloo, and
WHEREAS, said preliminary plat has been previously submitted to and was approved by
the City of Waterloo Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on August 9, 2022, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat has been considered and should receive approval of
this Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the preliminary plat, submitted by the City of Waterloo, of the Waterloo
Air and Rail Park 3rd Addition, a re -plat of Tract B of Waterloo Air and Rail Park 1st Addition,
in the "M-2,P" Planned Industrial District located north and east of 2510 Leversee Road, in the
City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of September 2022.
