RESOLUTION NO. 2022-579
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH WILLETT, HOFMANN AND
ASSOCIATES, INC., OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $86,550.00, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE FY 2022 NORTH CROSSING AREA STUDY,
CONTRACT NO. 1050, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 6, 2022, with Willett, Hofmann and
Associates, Inc., in the amount of $86,550.00, in conjunction with the FY 2022 North Crossing
Area Study, Contract No. 1050, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
