RESOLUTION APPROVING FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION (FFA) GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF
$746,700.00 FOR AIRCRAFT DEICING VEHICLE AND
CARRIER VEHICLE WITH SWEEPER FOR WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Federal Aviation Administration Grant Agreement dated
August 16, 2010, in the amount of $746,700.00, with no city
match, for the purchase of an Aircraft Deicing Vehicle and
Carrier Vehicle with Sweeper for Waterloo Regional Airport, by
and between the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
