RESOLUTION NO. 2022-567
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIGNED PROPOSAL FROM
LUMENPULSE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $118,682.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE EXPO PLAZA TOWER REPAIRS,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the signed proposal from Lumenpulse, in the amount of $118,682.00, in conjunction with the
Expo Plaza Tower Repairs, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2022.
