Members present: Chairperson Jordan, Welper, Greenwood.
Moved by Welper, seconded by Greenwood that the Agenda, as proposed, be approved. Ayes:
Three. Motion carried.
The request of the Assistant Superintendent of Waste Management Services for authorization to
expend $4,795.00 for mowing by contractors was reviewed. The contract includes tree and brush
removal around the perimeter of the holding pond and the Plant. Removal of the material was
part of the Army Corps of Engineer's list and to protect the dike. Moved by Welper, seconded
by Greenwood that said request be approved. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
With no further business before the committee, it was moved by Welper, seconded by
Greenwood that the meeting be adjourned at 3:03 p.m. Ayes: Three. Motion carried.
