WHEREAS, on the 18th day of July, 2022, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa the Minor Plat of Lot 52 of Summerland Farms, generally located west and south of 5508 Summerland drive, to create two new developable lots located in the in the"R- 3,R-P" Planned Multiple Residence District, and necessary documents, were presented for approval, and WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been previously submitted to and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming, and Zoning Commission July 12,2022, and WHEREAS, said Minor Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Minor Plat of Lot 52 of Summerland Farms, generally located west and south of 5508 Summerland Drive, to create two new developable lots located in the in the "R-3,R-P" Planned Multiple Residence District, and necessary documents, are hereby approved.
