RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO WATERLOO
IMPLEMENT OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) 2010 JOHN DEERE 7330 TRACTOR WITH
ATTACHMENTS, IN THE AMOUNT OF $140,426.91.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Waterloo Implement of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the purchase of One (1) 2010 John Deere 7330 Tractor with
Attachments, in the amount of $140,426.91, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase in Resolution No. 2010-701, after public hearing on
August 9, 2010 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid received for said
purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
