RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CERTIFICATE OF
SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION AS TO WORK AND
MATERIALS FURNISHED BY PRIES ROOFING OF LA
PORTE CITY, IOWA, FOR GATES PARK PRO SHOP
ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT, ACCEPTING THE WORK,
AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT IN THE AMOUNT
OF $8,134.99.
WHEREAS, Pries Roofing of LaPorte City, Iowa has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor in connection with the Gates Park
Pro Shop Roof Replacement in the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Substantial Completion and Recommendation
of Acceptance be and the same hereby approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, the final payment of $8,134.99 to Pries Roofing
be approved.
