RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTS AND PROMISSORY
NOTES FOR THE DISASTER RECOVERY BUSINESS
RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DOCUMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracts and Promissory Notes dated August 16, 2010,
for the Disaster Recovery Business Rental Assistance Program with
the following businesses:
Xpress Oil & Lube
357 Fletcher Avenue $8,400.00
Kremer Kehe, Inc.
501 Sycamore Street, Suite 709 $5,272.02
Change Behavioral Health, Inc.
501 Sycamore Street, Suite 623 $3,465.00
by and between the Iowa Department of Economic Development (CDBG
Contract #08 -DRB -205) and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same are hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
