RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT
WITH CEDAR VALLEY TECHWORKS, INC. AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Subrecipient Agreement dated August 16, 2010, in the
amount of $50,000.00, for the Energy Efficiency Community Block
Grant (EECBG) by the Iowa Office of Energy Independence (OEI), to
complete a feasibility assessment to collect data necessary for
the creation of a unique energy system that will meet the needs
of the TechWorks campus with green local power, by and between
the Cedar Valley TechWorks, Inc. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
