RESOLUTION NO. 2022-595
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $24,000.00, WITH
WHKS & CO., TO DEVELOP TWO (2) IOWA CLEAN AIR
ATTAINMENT (ICAAP) GRANT APPLICATIONS, ONE FOR
THE ANSBOROUGH AVENUE TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE
SYSTEM, AND ANOTHER FOR THE BROADWAY STREET
TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with WHKS & Co., in an amount not to exceed
$24,000.00, to develop two (2) Iowa Clean Air Attainment (ICAAP) grant applications, one for
the Ansborough Avenue Traffic Adaptive System, and another for the Broadway Street Traffic
Adaptive System, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2022.
