RESOLUTION NO. 2022-596
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MEDAWARE SOLUTIONS, INC.-
ANTHEM, INC., FOR A COMMUNITY PARAMEDICINE
PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with MedAware Solutions, Inc.- Anthem, Inc., for a
Community Paramedicine Program, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2022.
