RESOLUTION NO. 2022-598
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RIGHT-OF-WAY LICENSE
AGREEMENT WITH METRO FIBERNET, LLC, OF
EVANSVILLE, INDIANA, TO ALLOW USE OF CITY RIGHT-
OF-WAY FOR A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Right -of -Way License Agreement dated September 19, 2022, Metro Fibernet, LLC of
Evansville, Indiana, to allow use of City Right -of -Way for a communication system is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2022.
