RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC., IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED, $199,500.00, ORIGINALLY EXCUTED DECEMBER
20, 2021, FOR PROJECT DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE USE
OF CARES ACT GRANT FUNDS RECEIVED BY THE U.S.
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE FEDERAL
AVIATION ADMINISTRATION FOR PROJECTS AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT, AND AUTHORIZE THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 1 to a Professional Services Agreement with AECOM Technical Services,
Inc. dated September 19, 2022, between AECOM Technical Services, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $199,500.00 originally
executed December 20, 2021, for project design services for the use of CARES Act grant funds
received by the U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration for
projects at the Waterloo Regional Airport, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2022.
