RESOLUTION NO. 2022-600
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAGELLAN ADVISORS IN THE
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $80,000.00, FOR PREPARATION
AND SUBMITTAL OF A GRANT APPLICATION TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE NTIA MIDDLE MILE
GRANT PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated September 19, 2022, between Magellan Advisors
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $80,000.00 originally
executed December 20, 2021, for preparation and submittal of a grant application to the
Department of Commerce NTIA Middle Mile Grant Program, is hereby approved, and the Mayor
is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2022.
