RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
FOR DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES
WITH REGULATED ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS
(RACM) FOR HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM
(HMGP) PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Planner to prepare and file Request for Proposal document, form
of contract, etc. for Demolition and Site Clearance Services with
Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM) for Hazard
Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property Acquisition Project, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Planner has filed said Request for
Proposal document, form of contract, etc. and the Council of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal document, form of
contract, etc., be, and the same is hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
