RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., FOR DEMOLITION AND
SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES WITH REGULATED
ASBESTOS CONTAINING MATERIALS (RACM) FOR THE
HAZARD MITIGATION GRANT PROGRAM (HMGP)
PROPERTY ACQUISITION PROJECT, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF PROPOSALS
THEREFORE, AS SEPTEMBER 7, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M.
AT CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 7th day of September, 2010,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on Request for
Proposal document, form of contract, etc. for Demolition and Site
Clearance Services with Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials
(RACM) for the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Property
Acquisition Project, in the City of Waterloo and the taking of
proposals therefore.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of August, 2010.
