RESOLUTION NO. 2022-616
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
OCTOBER 13, 2022 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
OCTOBER 17, 2022 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF A TRACK SKID LOADER AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the purchase
of a Track Skid Loader, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of a Track Skid
Loader, be scheduled for October 13, 2022 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 171h day of October 2022, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the purchase of a Track Skid Loader.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 2022.
