RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
SANITARY SEWER SERVING THE NORTH CROSSING
AREA, BOUNDED BY LOGAN AVENUE/E. 4TH STREET
AND RALSTON ROAD/E. DONALD STREET, AS
SUBMITTED BY ROBINSON ENGINEERING CO., OF
INDEPENDENCE, IOWA, TREATMENT AGREEMENT, DNR
FORM 29 (NOV 00) WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION PLANS SUBJECT TO THE REVIEW AND
ACCEPTANCE BY THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL
RESOURCES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the construction plans for sanitary sewer serving the North Crossing Area, bounded by
Logan Avenue/E. 4th Street and Ralston Road/E. Donald Street, as submitted by Robinson
Engineering Co., of Independence, Iowa, Treatment Agreement, DNR Form 29 (Nov 00) with
the Department of Natural Resources, and final acceptance of construction plans subject to the
review and acceptance by the Department of Natural Resources, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of October 2022.
