RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF VANDERL00
CHIROPRACTIC TO HOLD PATIENT APPRECIATION
BARBEQUE ON AUGUST 27, 2010 STARTING AT 4:00
P.M., UTILIZING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY TO ERECT A
TENT ON THE GRASS BETWEEN KIMBALL AVENUE AND
THE PARKING LOT AT 3731 KIMBALL AVENUE.
WHEREAS, Vanderloo Chiropractic, 3731 Kimball Avenue, is
requesting permission to hold a patient appreciation barbeque on
August 27, 2010 starting at 4:00, and
WHEREAS, said event will require the use of City right-of-
way to erect a tent on the grass between Kimball Avenue and the
parking lot a 3731 Kimball Avenue, and
WHEREAS, said Vanderloo Chiropractic, 3731 Kimball Avenue,
is requesting permission to use City right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Vanderloo Chiropractic, 3731
Kimball Avenue, to use City right-of-way to erect a tent on the
grass between Kimball Avenue and the parking lot at 3731 Kimball
Avenue, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 2010.
