RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LIBRARY
BOILER REPLACEMENT PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Building Official/Maintenance
Administrator of said City to prepare proposed plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., for the
Library Boiler Replacement Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Building Official/Maintenance Administrator
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. for the Library Boiler Replacement Project, which
were preliminarily approved by Resolution No. 2010-714 on August
9, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 23,
2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract and estimate of cost for the Library Boiler Replacement
Project, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 2010.
