RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO B & B BUILDERS AND SUPPLY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,853.90
IN CONJUNCTION WITH F.Y. 2011 SIDEWALK REPAIR
BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM - ZONE 10, CONTRACT NO.
780.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of B & B Builders and Supply of Waterloo, Iowa,
in the amount of $11,853.90, described in the specifications
heretofore adopted by this Council for said project in Resolution
No. 2010-725, after public hearing on August 16, 2010 on
published notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the apparent lowest bid for said project.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day Of August, 2010.
