BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement dated August 15, 2022, between Camenzind Masonry, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the construction of a new 10,800 square foot industrial building with a minimum assessed value of$550,000.00 for Phase I, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of August 2022.
